The Claymont at Saratoga Homeowners' Association exists to enhance the long-term value of our neighborhood and to provide a pleasant place for you to call home. In addition, it is responsible for the maintenance of our entryway, ponds, common grounds and to ensure compliance with the restrictive covenants. Our association is managed by a Board of Directors which oversees these activities and its various committees. The Board utilizes H&H Management, LLC (H&H), an association management company, to assist with the screening, selection and management of contractors, operational and financial services, records and document storage, and to function as an information center for homeowner questions.
